The bed was comfortable, no doubt about that. But I gotta say, it felt like I was playin’ hide and seek with the air conditioning. It was hot as Hades, and they didn’t seem to care. If they could just fix that, it’d be a whole different story.

We had a decent stay, but the best part was when my kids enjoyed splashing around at a nearby park. Although we initially planned a simple getaway, their endless energy turned our trip into an adventure, with some laughs along the way.

My kids wished for a cleaner place to stay.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We visited a local amusement park and a nature reserve, both just a short drive away. The room was comfy, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend checking out nearby dining options to enhance your stay. Definitely a great spot for a fun group getaway!

The king room was decent, but the pet policy was a letdown for me as a solo traveler. Also, I wished the dining options had more variety, as I only wanted a quick bite. At least the bed was super comfy!

The only redeeming quality was the comfortable bed, but that was overshadowed by the lack of room cleaning and maintenance issues. Despite multiple requests for my room to be cleaned, I returned to find garbage cans still full, and the air conditioning switched off. Added to this frustration was the pet policy, which isn't ideal for animal lovers. Dining options were unremarkable, apart from the iconic sandwiches that I was unable to enjoy because of the overall experience.

responsive staff

It was just a fine choice for a quick stopover in Channelview with value for price. The staff did respond quickly when I had an issue with the air conditioning, which was a relief. Avoid using the parking area at night as it gets a bit sketchy with some noise outside.
